playced (placed), a Reviva Company are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team! We’re on a mission to put a stop to complicated recruitment! Entry to mid-level talent is often considered some of the most challenging people to hire. But why? Because in the hierarchy pyramid, there are up to x20 more companies hiring for the same positions, looking for the same people & increasing your competition. We concentrate our attention towards matching the right people to the right company.
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, the day to day will include: Probably a lot of what you’ve been doing recently but doing it at the next level! We’re looking for somebody that loves building new client relationships, has existing relationships and wants to develop their own desk. Our Recruitment Director recruits in a variety of industries; however, Sales & Service are our forte. What is important is that you’re able to manage your clients, jobs and candidates very well! We pride ourselves on streamlining processes for those that we work with and offering the best service at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Current Senior Recruiter or an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to progress.
- Ideally experience within fast-paced, high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent track record of making placements and building long-lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of the entry – mid level market is beneficial but not a deal breaker.
