We’re hiring for a Payments Administrator to join a team in Bristol. The role offers a basic salary up to Β£30,000 per annum, early finish on Fridays, and free onsite parking. The ideal candidate will have experience in Credit Control, managing unpaid invoices, and liaising with customers to reinitiate direct debits. You should be finance-savvy and a good communicator.

Responsibilities of the Payments Administrator include:

  1. Matching, checking, and coding new invoices.
  2. Handling purchase and sales ledger duties.
  3. Making outbound calls to customers regarding payments.
  4. Identifying issues with payments and resolving them.
  5. Reinstating direct debits with customers.
  6. Being understanding and resolving customer issues effectively.

Requirements for the role:

  1. Experience in chasing and processing customer payments.
  2. Understanding of credit control processes.
