Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing FMCG business based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two dynamic snack brands that are making their mark in the market. This is a field-based position where you’ll be the face of the brand, building strong relationships with independent retailers, gyms, health food stores, and more.

Perfect for someone who loves being out on the road, thrives on building relationships, and wants to be part of an ambitious, supportive team.

The role of Business Development Manager involves:

• Visiting independent retailers, gyms, forecourts, and health food stores across London.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Driving product visibility, availability, and distribution across your area.
• Educating clients on new products and brand updates.
• Creating and following structured weekly journey plans.
• Submitting field activity reports and keeping track of sales performance.
• Owning your patch and being accountable for your targets.
• Rolling out store activations and supporting local marketing campaigns.

For the Business Development Manager role, you need:

• Previous experience in sales, business development or partnerships role
• Experience working for a FMCG brand ideally food or snacks brand
• A passion for growing brands and hitting commercial goals.
• Excellent people skills and a self-motivated mindset.

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll get:
