This role is for the Client Services Executive based in Bristol, or near, that offers amazing progression opportunities, hybrid working, and a base salary of £28,000 per annum plus an annual bonus.

You’ll need an understanding of the property sales industry, such as conveyancing, property sales or similar, to join this super welcoming, thriving business!

The role of Client Services Executive involves:

  • Managing the onboarding of new customers to the platform.
  • Ensuring contracts and documents are completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers to speed the process up.
  • Keeping the customers informed of any new changes.
  • Working to bring the completion date for customers as close as possible.
  • Having a strong working relationship with the sales team.

For the Client Services Executive, you need:

  • Previous estate agency, real estate, mortgages or legal admin experience.
  • Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
