About Us
Playbook Social Ltd is a remote-first, inclusive team working at the intersection of communication, access, and social impact. We operate under two umbrellas: PBS, delivering creative, community-led projects, and Inclusive Interpreting, ensuring events, services, and opportunities are accessible to those who need them. We work with partners across the UK — from grassroots groups to national organisations — to make inclusion part of the plan from day one.
As we grow, we’re looking for someone to keep our financial admin, client coordination, and project support running smoothly.
The Role
You’ll manage invoices and payment tracking in Xero, follow up with accessibility support providers on behalf of clients, and keep projects moving in Asana. You’ll also handle meeting organisation, document filing, and admin support across the business. It’s a behind-the-scenes role that keeps things on track without anyone needing to chase.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and send invoices in Xero, checking details before they go out
- Track incoming payments, log them, and flag issues early
- Follow up with accessibility support providers by phone or email
- Keep projects updated in Asana — deadlines, actions, and progress notes
- Organise files and documents in Google Drive so they’re easy to find
- Set up meetings via Google Calendar, prepare materials, and take notes
- Share clear action points after meetings
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in admin, finance coordination, or similar work
- Confidence using Xero and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Accuracy and attention to detail, especially with numbers and dates
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing track
- Clear and polite communication — written and spoken
What You’ll Get
- Fully remote (UK-based only) with 3–4 in-person team meets/year
- Laptop + tech setup delivered to you
- Private health insurance (Aviva or equivalent)
- Pension: 3% employer contribution (via NEST)
- 29 days paid leave (21 annual + 8 bank holidays)
