Who is Playbook Direct? Manchester-based, Playbook Direct is a winning Event Marketing Sales Company. Currently, we have 3 openings in our events division for committed, competitive, and career-oriented Sales Trainers to join our team. We offer full product training and support for career changers and graduates, so we don't require any specific training or sales experience or qualifications.

No prior formal training experience is required. Soft skills learned playing sports are useful. We provide comprehensive training, daily mentorship, and a team culture where learning is constant. All you need is curiosity, energy, and the drive to grow.

Requirements:

  • You must be over 18 years of age as you will be signing contracts
  • Eligible to work independently in the UK due to client regulations
  • Able to commute to Central Manchester daily
  • You do not require Visa sponsorship to work in the UK
  • You must be available to start within 2 weeks

Our process is fast and straightforward: Following an initial screening from our office team, successful candidates get a chance to have a virtual chat with one of our managers and learn more about the role. This role is offered on a self-employed basis and paid on a day rate commission. All earnings are uncapped; therefore, the more you put in, the more you get out. As the openings are immediate start, you should be available within 2 weeks of being offered to start. All openings will require individuals to carry out sales activities through B2B, residential, or events-based promotions. We are currently unable to consider applications from people not currently available to commute to Manchester City Centre.

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over, and applicants must also be able to commute daily to our office in Manchester City Centre. Applicants successful at the first appointment will be required to participate in two further assessments either in person or virtually, before a potential offering.
