Have you worked in retail, hospitality or customer service?
If you enjoy working with people but are looking for your next opportunity, Playbook Direct is hiring Sales Assistants to join our Manchester team.
You'll work directly with customers, represent well known brands and develop your sales and communication skills in a fast paced environment.
You don't need previous sales experience. If you've worked with customers before, we'll provide the training you need to learn the rest.
The Role
You'll work face to face with customers across retail environments, events and other locations throughout Greater Manchester.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers and building rapport
- Representing our clients and their products or services
- Answering questions and providing information
- Understanding customer needs
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Taking part in regular training and coaching
- Working closely with the wider team
What we're looking for
Your experience might be in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people focused role.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable speaking with different people
- Positive and willing to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Interested in developing new skills
Previous sales experience isn't required.
