Are you a high-performing sales leader, or an experienced enterprise seller ready to step into leadership, with a proven track record in SaaS and MarTech? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Sales team from our London office, managing a team of six Account Executives and a small team of Business Development Representatives. You'll be responsible for driving new business across the UK and EMEA while building a high-performing sales organisation that consistently delivers against ambitious targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching, developing people, leading complex sales, and creating a culture of high performance. If you're passionate about innovative marketing technology and hands-on sales leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

The role involves:

  • Leading Playable's Sales team and accelerating growth across the UK and EMEA.
  • Coaching and developing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to ensure consistent pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to shape commercial strategy.
  • Remaining involved in strategic opportunities, executive customer meetings, deal coaching and commercial negotiations.
  • Driving new business sales across the UK and wider EMEA region.
  • Ensuring the BDR function delivers consistent pipeline generation and high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Owning sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
  • Partnering with Product, Customer Success and Solutions & Services to share insights and opportunities.
  • Reporting on sales performance and strategic initiatives to the VP of Sales.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience from B2B sales within SaaS and MarTech.
  • Hands-on experience with the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and consultative selling.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and highly organised.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and emerging marketing technology.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
