The Role
We are building a pool of reliable Event Coordinators to help us deliver VR sessions across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall. This isn’t a tech role — we provide full training on the VR equipment. What we need are professional, organized people who can manage guests, work as part of a team, and ensure every event runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Guest Experience
- Greet guests and manage flow/queues
- Help participants with VR headsets (training provided)
- Ensure everyone has a positive, memorable experience
- Event Support
- Assist with setup and pack‑down
- Keep the event space tidy and professional
- Work alongside a Senior Lead (you’re never alone on-site)
- Team Collaboration
- Work as part of a pair or larger team
- Support senior staff to deliver seamless events
- Adapt to different venues and event types
Shift Patterns
- Shifts vary week to week based on bookings
- Evening and weekend availability essential (busiest times)
- Notice given in advance for upcoming shifts
- Accept or decline shifts based on your availability

Events across Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall — transport organized
