Treloar Trust is seeking a Residential Team Leader for our Wessex house. The role is available as part-time (34–42 hours) or full-time, term-time only. You will be the senior on shift, guiding staff to meet students’ needs and helping them learn independent living skills.
Applicants should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Care (Children & Young People) or Health and Social Care and have at least one year of care experience. Salary is £28,466 per annum pro-rata for part-time, with additional benefits.
