Treloar School & College, Holybourne, Alton is looking for Bank Care Workers (Zero-Hour Care Workers) to join our bank team. At Treloar’s, we are so much more than a school and college. For many of our students, we are also a home, a community and a place where they can grow in confidence, independence and ambition. Our unique campus brings together education, residential care, therapy, clinical support and life-skills training — all designed to empower young people with physical disabilities and complex health needs.

What will the role involve?

  • Helping students get ready for the day — or wind down at night
  • Assisting with nutrition, feeding and tube-feeding requirements
  • Supporting students to achieve their personal goals and learning targets
  • Assisting with individual therapy programmes
  • Supporting mobility using wheelchairs, hoists or trikes
  • Helping maintain teaching aids, learning equipment and other essential technologies
  • Keeping accurate records in line with regulations
  • Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting

Every task you do contributes to helping our students build independence, confidence and a sense of belonging.
