Join our expanding nursing team and work alongside hundreds of dedicated professionals supporting up to 180 children and young adults with physical disabilities. Our onsite nursing team, of over 30, includes House Nurses, Senior Nurses, Clinical Trainers and HCAs, and we are further supported by Pharmacy Technicians, Dietitians, Therapists, onsite GPs, and a Safeguarding Lead. It is a busy, varied and rewarding environment where we take immense pride in making a meaningful difference to our students every day.
We are seeking an experienced nurse with strong up‐to‐date clinical skills to be a 'house nurse', providing clinical support to a named caseload as part of each student's multi‐disciplinary team. You will need to be confident in clinical assessment, communication, care planning, and delivering training to care staff.
This role includes working mostly early shifts from Monday to Friday as house nurse, alongside participation in a rota for late shifts and weekends. We provide a comprehensive induction to include mandatory and bespoke training, and offer regular CPD opportunities such as PILS.
