Overview
Are you a bike mechanic looking to work on some of the leading bikes in the industry? If you have experience building and maintaining high-value bikes, GCN and GMBN would love for you to join our team. As our in-house bike mechanic, you will work on leading bikes and cutting-edge equipment and collaborate with Partners, Production team and Presenters.
The Day To Day
- Take deliveries and organize shipping of bikes and equipment for sponsors and partners.
- Build and maintain bikes in line with industry standards and partner requirements.
- Liaise with Production Coordinators and Presenters to ensure bikes are ready on time for shoots and races.
- Keep track of bikes using the workshop tracking system.
- Complete pre-shoot inspections ensuring bikes meet partner brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating bike illustrations with the design teams for video content.
What We\’re Looking For
- Passion for our brands and understanding of commercial requirements for bikes within video content.
- Experience working on high-end bikes (road and/or MTB) with high-tech equipment.
- Knowledge of bike fitting and bike tech.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ideally a qualified bike mechanic, although not essential.
- Cytech qualifications are desirable.
