Overview
We are looking for a reliable and committed Inclusion Assistant to join the team at Play B C Preschool Mill Lane and support our children with additional needs for around 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide the children with a safe, secure and family like environment
- Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Develop close relationships with the children and interact sensitively with them
- Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and other team members
- Use your close observations of children to plan, organise and implement activities to meet their individual needs and interests and extend learning
- Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
Qualifications
- Have at least two years experience working in a pre-primary environment
- Hold a Level 3 qualification
- Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class childcare
- Have good organisational skills
- Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner
- Love working with children.
