Plaud Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to drive growth across the DACH region and Nordics.

You will build and manage distributor and retailer partnerships, execute launches and pricing, and monitor performance to accelerate expansion.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Operations, and HQ to ensure successful execution of regional initiatives.

Fluency in German and English is required, with 3-5 years in channel sales or related roles.
