What You Will Do

  • Drive business growth across key French‑speaking European markets, including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and French‑speaking Switzerland, by executing sales targets and regional market development plans.
  • Manage day‑to‑day communication with distributors and retail partners in assigned territories, ensuring timely execution of orders, inventory management, promotions, merchandising, marketing assets, and content updates.
  • Lead new product launches, promotional initiatives, and in‑store optimization projects, while tracking sell‑in and sell‑out performance and providing actionable business feedback.
  • Support sales forecasting, regional data collection, and performance reporting to ensure accurate and timely business insights.
  • Gradually take full ownership of the business operations and growth strategy for 1–2 countries within the French‑speaking Europe region.
  • Regularly report to management on sales performance, channel development, campaign ROI, and competitive market intelligence, while recommending resource allocation and strategic adjustments to accelerate growth.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree or above. 1–3 years of experience in international sales, channel management, account management, or business development is preferred.
  • Fluent in French (native or business proficient) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational business environment.
  • Strong execution, communication, and follow‑up skills, with the ability to drive projects and business initiatives to completion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment and capable of collaborating across different cultures and markets.
