Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven, and relationship‑obsessed Influencer Manager (Team Lead) to build and lead the Europe influencer function at Plaud. This role owns strategy, execution, team management, creator selection, performance optimisation, and ROI across the UK, FR, DE, IT, and ES markets. You will grow a portfolio of creators from mid‑tier to top‑tier across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities — driving awareness, conversions, and brand trust. This is a high‑visibility role with significant ownership and direct business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Strategy & Leadership Develop and own the Europe influencer marketing strategy, aligned with global brand and growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and scale a remote high‑performing influencer marketing team. Build and refine scalable operational models: creator tiers, vertical playbooks, funnel, AI workflows, and ROI frameworks.
  • Creator Partnerships & Execution Build your team to identify, recruit, and manage a strong pipeline of creators across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, podcasts, and beyond. Negotiate contracts, rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and long‑term partnerships. Build professional creator relationships based on trust, creativity, and measurable performance.
  • Campaign Management Oversee end‑to‑end execution: briefing, content review, approval, tracking, and optimisation. Coordinate product seeding, sample scripts, and content enablement. Partner with Product Marketing to craft tailored messages for each vertical audience.
  • Performance & Analytics Define and monitor OKRs including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue. Maintain a performance dashboard and report weekly and monthly insights, learnings, and recommendations. Partner with Sales and IMC leads in each market to leverage KOLs to achieve core business metrics: ROI, site visits, and reach during always on and key sales/promotional periods.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration Align with Brand, Paid Media, IMC, and PR teams for integrated campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing Team for testimonial and case‑study content. Work with Legal on contracts, compliance, usage rights, and disclosures.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5–10 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics. Proven experience leading a team. Strong negotiation and long‑term partnership‑building skills. Deep understanding of content performance levers. Experience tying KOL activity to direct and measurable business outcomes. Strong analytics, project management, communication, and cross‑functional skills. Full professional fluency in English; additional European language(s) are a plus. Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with experimentation and leveraging data to make informed decisions on platforms and messaging. Experience with podcast partnerships. Strong insight into AI, SaaS, or tech trends and how they intersect with content and creator culture.
