We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Assistant at our Hay St Store! You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, ensuring operational excellence, and playing an integral part in the store’s success.

The role & responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium products
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Open and close stores, including late‑night trades
- Support management in leading the team
- Process large volumes of stock
- Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising & required cleaning
- Maintain a positive can‑do attitude at all times to sell to customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast‑paced and energetic team environment
- Self‑motivation and willingness to meet or exceed sales targets & KPIs
