This position manages incoming queries, logs feedback and resolves complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting technical issues internally and with equipment manufacturers, assisting with CRM testing and administrative tasks across project lifecycles, and documenting business processes. Key Responsibilities * Customer Support: Manage incoming calls and emails, signpost inquiries, log feedback, and resolve complaints. * Technical Troubleshooting: Process and resolve technical issues internally and collaborate with support functions and software. * Systems & Admin: Support the testing and implementation of a new CRM system and perform general administrative duties across domestic and commercial project lifecycles. * Process Improvement: Assist in creating documentation for business processes and identify ways to streamline operations.
