Platter Up in Bethnal Green is seeking an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Manager to run our busy catering kitchen while staying actively involved in food preparation, service delivery and the development of the business.
You will manage daily operations, lead and motivate the kitchen team, maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, handle stock, rotas, ordering and supplier management, and assist with menu planning and event preparation.
