Our cafe situated directly opposite Liverpool Street Station is looking for a fantastic Grill Chef to join our team. In brief, the successful candidate will be a creative and motivated individual with a hands on approach to prep and service. They will have culinary experience of a minimum of 2 years in British Cafe centric cuisine and impeccable people management skills.
Polo Bar is an iconic 24 hour Cafe Bar directly opposite Liverpool Street Station, Central London.This is a full time position on day shift from 6am which equates to 40-45 hours per week over 5 days on 8-12 hour shifts to include weekends.
Salary:
From £30,000 + service charge paid fortnightly. This is an Immediate start role.
Main duties:
· Cook and present every dish to the brand standards.
· Follow food safety and sanitation practices at all times
You would be required to be:
· Passionate about food and have similar experience to job ad with a can do attitude and a good level of engagement.
