Our client is one of the world’s most established and respected B2B consultancy organisations, operating across 60+ countries with a proven, resilient consulting model focused on delivering measurable cost savings to its clients through a global franchised network of specialists. The organisation is entering a pivotal next phase of UK growth, professionalising, scaling, and unifying its franchise sales capability. They are seeking a commercially astute, experienced franchise sales executive to drive that journey. This role offers the opportunity to deliver sustainable, high-quality franchise sales within a mature yet ambitious brand. You will also be part of a wider global team of franchise sales executives.
Role: GB Head of Franchise Sales will lead the sale of new franchises across Great Britain. With over 100 new franchises sold globally last year, the organisation is now looking to expand its footprint in the UK through a revitalised franchise sales programme.
Responsibilities:
- Operational delivery of the franchise sales strategy
- Achieving and exceeding the budgeted franchise sales target
- Managing the sales pipeline weekly and providing weekly and monthly reporting on performance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Identification of ICP and GTM strategies
- Utilisation of a CRM to drive sales performance
- Demonstrate a history of success and over achievement
- Regular performance cadence (weekly, monthly & yearly)
- Demonstrate accurate forecasting for the sales pipeline at various stages and subsequent revenue forecasting
- Flexibility in working time to reflect candidate availability
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Identifying and validating new growth markets and developing partner recruitment strategies
- Understanding of franchise sales process including legal issues
Package: £65k - £85k base salary & additional bonus.
