Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a growing quick-service restaurant brand seeking a Senior QSR Operations Manager / Director to play a key role across both corporate and franchised locations. This is a hands-on senior leadership role focused on operational excellence, franchise performance, brand consistency and supporting continued network growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operational performance across a multi-site corporate and franchise network
- Driving commercial performance, standards, and operational consistency
- Supporting and influencing franchise partners to improve results
- Leading on compliance, food safety, and quality standards
- Developing operational processes, procedures, training, and capability programmes
- Supporting scalable growth through strong operational leadership and structure
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has senior operational leadership experience within QSR, casual dining, or multi-site hospitality
- Has experience across both company-owned and franchised environments
- Is commercially minded, hands-on, and confident leading performance improvement
- Has experience developing operational procedures, frameworks, or best-practice processes to support business growth
- Thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
