We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth for an ambitious and fast-growing brand within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced QSR marketing professional who understands how to build brand relevance, drive customer engagement and deliver campaigns that generate measurable commercial results. The successful candidate will combine strategic marketing expertise with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships and local store marketing. They will be passionate about building brands, understand how to connect with modern audiences and thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall brand and marketing strategy.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness initiatives.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR and local store marketing channels.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
