Role Overview
Our client is a well-established international children's education franchise with a strong global presence and a growing UK network. They are now seeking a Franchise Startup Specialist to support new franchise partners through the early stages of their business journey, ensuring successful launches and long-term development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with coaching, franchise development or business mentoring experience who enjoys working closely with franchisees and helping them build sustainable, high-performing businesses.
The Role
The Franchise Startup Specialist will work closely with new franchise partners from onboarding through to early operational development. You will play a key role in supporting franchisees as they establish their business, providing structured guidance, coaching and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting new franchise partners through their startup journey
- Delivering structured onboarding and development support
- Coaching franchisees on business performance, growth and best practice
- Monitoring early performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Acting as a key point of contact during the early stages of franchise ownership
- Working collaboratively with the wider support team to ensure consistency and quality
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Franchise operations, multi-site retail, or education services
- Coaching, mentoring or franchisee development experience
- Has opened or ramped multiple units
- Comfortable pushing back on franchisees and holding them to account
- Experienced working to OKRs and revenue targets
- Experienced analysing data and reviewing operational reports and P&Ls
- Comfortable presenting and training
- QFP qualification desirable
Package: £35k - £45k DOE + bonus + car allowance
