ELECTRICAL IMPROVER WANTED - ESSEX & LONDON

Are you looking to step up in your electrical career? We’re on the hunt for a switched-on Improver who’s reliable, keen to learn, and not afraid of hard graft.
About Us:
We’re a well-established electrical company working across Essex and London on commercial and high-end residential projects. With steady growth and a full pipeline of work, we’re now looking to add another Improver to our trusted team.
The Role:
- Assisting qualified electricians on installations, testing, and maintenance
- Pulling cables, containment, 1st and 2nd fix
- Working on a mix of sites across Essex and London
- Monday to Friday, full-time, with optional overtime
- This will be on a self-employed CIS registered basis
- At least 1 year’s site experience as an improver or mate
- ECS card
- Basic hand tools
- A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to graft
- Ideally working towards NVQ Level 3 or similar
- Clean and tidy approach to work
- Driving licence
- Competitive pay depending on experience
- Ongoing training and development
- Opportunities to work toward becoming fully qualified
