We are seeking an experienced Travel Team Manager to join a highly successful luxury travel company working remotely. Our client specializes in multi-day custom itineraries for discerning travellers and offers custom experiences & solutions throughout Switzerland. This is an exciting role for a manager from a retail travel agent or tour operator seeking a remote role with strong Switzerland knowledge. We are looking for an experienced travel professional with strong Switzerland knowledge to step in as manager of the sales and booking team. Travel Team Manager Duties: * Building relationships with clients and handling enquiries. * Creating bespoke day tour itineraries based on client needs. * Managing requests, itineraries and bookings from travel agents and direct customers * Involvement in product. * Managing the team. * Creation of customised itineraries. * Managing guide & supplier relationships. * Booking guides, tickets and suppliers. * Sourcing and booking client accommodation.
