Travel Lifestyle Manager Duties:
  • Handle high-touch travel and lifestyle requests from UHNW and VIP clients across the globe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and luxury accommodation providers.
  • Provide bespoke, end-to-end concierge solutions with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively deliver personalised recommendations.
  • Manage multiple priorities under pressure while ensuring outstanding service at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support 360-degree lifestyle management.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a UK-based concierge or luxury travel company is key.
  • A solid understanding of VIP client expectations and global travel logistics.
  • Happy to work 3 days a week in the London office.
  • Impeccable communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
