We are seeking an experienced Switzerland Travel Specialist to join a growing travel company working remotely. The Switzerland Travel Specialist will be instrumental in creating memorable travel experiences for clients while maximizing sales opportunities. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your role involves utilizing your core skills in customer service and sales techniques to assist clients in planning their trips to picturesque and stunning Switzerland. Switzerland Travel Specialist – Duties: * Managing client enquiries & relationships. * Creating bespoke day tour itineraries based on client needs. * Managing requests, itinerary and bookings from travel agents. * Creation of customised itinerary copy. * Managing guide & supplier relationships. * Booking guides, tickets and suppliers. * Sourcing and booking client accommodation. Switzerland Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements: * Previous experience working for a tour operator, preferably providing bespoke itineraries for high-level clients including transfers, tours & accommodation. * Strong Switzerland knowledge. * Meticulous attention to detail & must be good with numbers. * You must be a self-starter and not require a high level of supervision. * Ability to learn new operating systems quickly. * Enthusiasm & passion for providing the best tour experiences in Switzerland
