Our client offers utterly bespoke travel across the globe, established for many years with an excellent reputation in the travel industry. Luxury Africa Travel Specialist - Duties:
- Creating and selling fabulous “holiday of a lifetime” travel to clients, always trying to surpass expectations and add wonderful detail.
- Planning, selling and implementation of itineraries across Africa including South Africa, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia, Uganda & Zimbabwe along with the Indian Ocean & Indian Sub-Continent.
- Arranging a wide range of holiday types to suit each customer including honeymoons, safaris, tours, beach holidays, trekking, adventure, the list is endless!
- Developing and maintaining regular contact with clients to engender repeat business.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Participating in FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
Luxury Africa Travel Specialist - Essential Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Africa is ideal but not essential. UK based sales experience is imperative, happy with a hybrid working model.
- Excellent communication and customer service along with meticulous attention to detail.
