We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Process Analyst to join a fabulous travel company, hybrid working model. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the day-to-day sales operations run smoothly and efficiently to provide customers with an effortless customer journey whilst also helping to drive the business forward by questioning and re-defining current processes and procedures.

Sales & Operations Process Analyst Duties:
- Analyse and document current departmental procedures.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather process insights and requirements.
- Work with key stakeholders in the business to design and propose optimized workflows.
- Drive change management efforts, including training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Reporting and Communication: Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Become the subject matter expert and support the ongoing configuration of travel systems (e.g., booking engines, CRM, GDS platforms).
- Act as the first point of contact for IT Support requests from the Sales & Operations teams.
- Take ownership of testing script for new business operational processes and systems.
Sales & Operations Process Analyst – Essential Requirements:
- Similar experience within sales and operations in an analyst role within the travel industry is essential.
- Happy to work a hybrid role – 3 days a week in the office.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data and identify patterns and trends.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems related to business processes.
