Due to remarkable growth in Corporate Travel we are seeking an experienced OOH Business Travel Consultant to join a successful and well-established travel management company that offer various travel services to clients across the globe. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Business Travel Consultant happy to work out of hours from home. This travel company have an excellent reputation in the industry, offering career progression, ideal for an experienced Business Travel Consultant seeking something a little different. Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant duties: * Arrange an array of travel services for corporate clients including flights, hotels, lounges, car hire, etc. * Assist clients with travel bookings, and to process this in an efficient and competent manner. * Offering an out of hours service to clients. * Re-issue and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares. * Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel, and all ground product. * Providing additional Quality Control to day team processes when call volumes permit. * Provide ‘risk analysis’ of global travel news. * Communicate with customers, whether this is by telephone, email or in person, in a professional and friendly manner * Provide an excellent service via communications with customers and the accuracy of bookings * Providing clients with suitable travel options and suggestions for the best way to meet their requirements * Proactively maintaining relationships with clients at all times OOH Business Travel Consultant – Essential requirements: * Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant is essential. * A good working knowledge of GDS / CRS flight system such as Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre. * Excellent fares knowledge, Cat35 and Route Deals * Excellent ticketing experience. * Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent experience) essential * Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines Give your travel career a boost and apply today!!
