We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nordic Travel Sales Manager to lead and inspire our remote team of Nordic Travel Consultants. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high standards of customer service, and developing our Nordic travel portfolio. This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone with a strong background in tour operations and deep knowledge of travel in the Nordic region.

Duties:
  • Manage, motivate, and support a small team of home-based Nordic travel consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular one-to-ones, set goals, and implement coaching or training where needed.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflows, and uphold best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Provide guidance and support on Nordic itineraries, destinations, and products to the team, drawing on personal and industry experience.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and exceptional service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing or leading a sales team, ideally within a tour operator environment is imperative.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nordic destinations (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Denmark).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
