We are seeking an experienced, commercially aware and highly articulate Marketing & Content Executive to join a fabulous travel company, hybrid working or remote. Our client offers curated, long-haul experiences across Africa, the Indian Ocean, Asia, plus more iconic destinations with an excellent reputation in the travel industry.

This exciting role is ideal for a marketing professional seeking a career in the travel industry or one with travel industry experience seeking a rewarding career.

Marketing & Content Executive Duties:
  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimised blogs for luxury long-haul destinations.
  • Draft and refine client-facing marketing emails.
  • Prepare e-newsletters and campaign content.
  • Ensure all written content reflects our tone of voice: knowledgeable, confident and premium.
  • Develop creative marketing ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Liaise with suppliers and DMC partners for media materials.
  • Coordinate content for new destination launches.
  • Assist with website updates and new landing pages.
  • Research new destinations, hotels and experiences.
  • Identify trends and competitor positioning.
Marketing & Content Executive – Essential Requirements:
  • This is not a generic marketing role. Creativity is key!
  • Content and Marketing experience is imperative.
  • Our client is seeking a strong writer first and foremost — someone who understands that words sell, positioning matters, and clarity drives conversions.
  • An exceptional writer with excellent command of English.
  • Commercially aware — you understand pricing, margins and positioning.
  • Creative but disciplined.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong copywriting portfolio (blogs, email campaigns, website copy).
  • Experience writing SEO-friendly content.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems.
