As a key deputy, you will step into the Store Manager role when required while maintaining ownership of your own client base and delivering a seamless, premium client experience.
The Retail Travel Assistant Manager will have the accountability for overall store performance, including sales, conversion, profitability, service standards, and team leadership.

Duties
- Support delivery of overall store performance, including sales, conversion and service standards.
- Actively sell holidays and role model high-quality sales behaviours.
- Support coaching, onboarding and development of the travel sales team.
- Create a collaborative, engaged team environment.
- Balance delivery of both fully transactable products and more complex, tailor-made holidays.
- Support local business generation through events, partnerships and in-store activity.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and future travel planning.
- Act as deputy to the Store Manager and lead the store in their absence.
- Contribute to a consistent, well-run store environment. Retail Travel Assistant Manager – Essential Requirements:
- Sales & assistant management, team leader, supervisory or similar experience, ideally with a travel agent, tour operator or within a luxury retail premium brand.
- Developing leadership capability with confidence to support and coach others.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
- Passion for delivering exceptional, relationship-led client experiences.
