Each day will not be the same. Luxury Travel Retail Manager Duties: * Own overall store performance, including sales, conversion, profitability, and service delivery. * Drive a proactive sales culture that converts footfall. * Actively sell holidays and step in to support client demand where required. * Lead, recruit, coach and performance manage the store team. * Conduct regular performance reviews to support development. * Set clear objectives and development plans for team members * Grow local pipeline through marketing, events, partnerships and networking * Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships. * Share insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.
