Specialising in VIP travel, corporate travel, and events, our client is now seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead their next stage of development. To be considered for the role the candidate must be from a corporate travel background ideally with some leisure travel experience. As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the company’s sales strategy and performance. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will shape commercial direction, win key accounts, and drive sustainable growth across corporate travel and events.
Head of Sales Duties:- Define and deliver a clear, results-driven sales strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
- Position the brand effectively within the corporate travel and events market.
- Drive revenue growth across corporate travel, VIP services, and events.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a strong personal presence in key client engagements and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support overall business expansion, including international growth.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience that supports long-term retention and repeat business.

- Proven experience in a Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role within corporate or leisure travel, ideally corporate.
