We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join a forward thinking and dynamic travel company. Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist shall be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering company training programmes that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of Travel Consultants. Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist Duties: * Assess training and development needs through performance needs and deliver training in conjunction with company strategy and revenue goals. * Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement across the business. * Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training guides. * Support new Travel Consultant onboarding process and provide full onboarding training support. * Measure the effectiveness of training programmes using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. * Prepare reports on training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement. Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist – Essential Requirements: * Experience in a learning and development role or similar within the travel industry is key * GDS (Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus, experience preferred. * Dolphin and Dolphin ResModule, experience preferred. * Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs. * Proficiency with Learning Management Systems. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Happy to work in the London office twice a week.
