We are seeking an experienced Italian Speaking Travel Team Manager to join a highly successful luxury travel company working remotely (based in the UK only). Our client specializes in multi-day custom itineraries for discerning travellers and offers custom experiences & solutions throughout Italy. Italian Speaking Travel Team Manager Duties:
* Design exceptional, fully customised itineraries that capture the best of Italy from hidden gems to iconic landmarks.
* Act as the primary point of contact for high-end clients and travel agents, understanding their needs and delivering beyond expectations.
* Coach, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of travel experts, leading by example and driving performance through positivity and professionalism.
* Oversee complex, multi-day travel arrangements including accommodation, guides, tickets, and exclusive experiences.
* Work with our trusted network of Italian guides and suppliers to develop new products and enhance our travel offerings.
* Ensure seamless coordination between the sales, product, and operations teams to deliver smooth, unforgettable travel experiences.
