Our client is a successful inbound travel company that offers tours to groups, special interest travel, tailormade travel products, conferences and incentives. Due to remarkable growth, they are now seeking experienced Italian or Spanish Speaking Group Operations Executives to join its friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel professional from a tour operator seeking career progression and something a little different. Italian or Spanish Speaking Group Operations Executive duties: * Build and maintain a good relationship with clients and to be able to understand any special requests, in order to give the best of service. * Handling invoices and payments. * Prepare rooming lists, itineraries, vouchers and travel documents along with keeping suppliers and clients up to date. * Responsibility for confirmed groups and to book all travel services required in good time, making sure all details are correct prior to the event. Italian or Spanish Speaking Group Operations Executive – Essential requirements: * Fluency in English and Italian or Spanish is essential. * Experience within an inbound operator, dealing with inbound groups to the UK with proven experience operating touring groups. * Good knowledge of the UK as a destination. * The ability to be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. * Meticulous attention to detail. * Happy to work full time in the London office – hybrid after probation.
