Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager to join a well established and forward thinking travel company based in London.\\n\\nThe Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels and hospitality partners worldwide.\\n\\nLucrative salary & bonus, career growth, great working team, travel perks and many other benefits are on offer.\\n\\nHotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager Duties:\\n\\n * Source and negotiate static, dynamic, and consortia contracts with hotels, resorts, and villas.\\n\\n * Secure exclusive rates, upgrades, amenities, and flexible terms for high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.\\n\\n * Arranging promotional packages for peak seasons, last-minute sales, or events.\\n\\n * Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with hotel sales and revenue teams.\\n\\n * Identify and onboard new luxury hotels, boutique properties, and unique stays in key destinations.\\n\\n * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums (e.g., ILTM, Virtuoso Hotel specific events).\\n\\n * Drive collaborations for joint marketing campaigns, FAM trips, and exclusives.\\n\\n * Benchmark contracted rates against competitors and online platforms to ensure competitiveness.\\n\\n * Monitor destination trends, upcoming hotel openings, and brand repositioning.\\n\\nHotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager – Essential Requirements:\\n\\n * Similar experience within contracting & partnership management within a travel company is essential\\n\\n * Strong negotiation and influencing skills.\\n\\n * Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.\\n\\n * Deep understanding of luxury hospitality market trends.\\n\\n * Commercial acumen with focus on profitability and client value.\\n\\n * Attention to detail in contracts, rate sheets, and deadlines.\\n\\n * Happy to work full time in the London office
