The Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels and hospitality partners worldwide.

Hotel Contracting & Partnerships Manager Duties:
* Source and negotiate static, dynamic, and consortia contracts with hotels, resorts, and villas.
* Secure exclusive rates, upgrades, amenities, and flexible terms for high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.
* Arranging promotional packages for peak seasons, last-minute sales, or events.
* Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with hotel sales and revenue teams.
* Identify and onboard new luxury hotels, boutique properties, and unique stays in key destinations.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums (e.g., ILTM, Virtuoso Hotel specific events).
* Drive collaborations for joint marketing campaigns, FAM trips, and exclusives.
* Benchmark contracted rates against competitors and online platforms to ensure competitiveness.
* Monitor destination trends, upcoming hotel openings, and brand repositioning.
