Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating with a fabulous travel company based in Essex, now seeking an experienced Graduate Travel Sales Advisor due to remarkable growth. Our client offers an array of luxury travel itineraries across the globe for clients. Graduate Travel Sales Advisor Duties:

  • Create and sell a wide range of travel itineraries globally for clients.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with outstanding service and assistance in their travel planning and bookings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company while earning lucrative commission.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized travel recommendations and options.
  • Assist customers with any questions regarding flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
  • Utilize various computer systems and databases to process bookings, manage reservations, and access relevant travel information (training will be given on these systems).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and airline regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain and increase knowledge of destinations, stay up to date on travel destinations, attractions and to offer informed recommendations.

Graduate Travel Sales Advisor Essential Requirements:

  • Tourism degree or similar.
  • Keen to pursue a long term career in travel.
  • High energy, self-motivated and target driven.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.

Locations ideal for the Travel Sales Advisor role include Purfleet on Thames, South Ockendon, Upminster, Brentwood, Epping, Loughton, Woodford, Greenwich, Barking and Dagenham.
