Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating with a fabulous travel company who are now seeking an experienced Travel Operations Executive to join their fabulous team. Benefits include pension, private medical health care, life assurance, progression, career development, and a supportive team.
This is an exciting role for a professional with operations experience, seeking a rewarding career with a reputable travel company that retains staff for the long term, offering a positive work culture and supportive team.
The experienced Operations Executive shall be supporting the team to meet SLAs and response times, and prioritising tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that Travel clients are complying with the terms of business.
Travel Operations Executive Duties:- Administration of new client files, including system set up
- Arrange documentation and forms for any changes to current clients
- Process Supplier Failure Cover applications within the SLA
- Action any amendments of specific insurance policies within the 48 hour timeframe
- Liaise and work with our key stakeholders to resolve queries within a timely manner
- Provide high level reporting for stakeholders when required
- Support the set-up process for new clients
- Collection of passenger funds and compliance
- Data entry of monthly returns
- Compiling reports for outstanding returns & chasing outstanding returns
- Operations experience is essential, ideally within the travel industry
- Happy to work in the Surrey office, 2 days a month from home
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, able to use systems to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Locations ideal for this role include Guildford, Addlestone, Bagshot, Woking, Chertsey, Godalming, Cobham, Weybridge and surrounding areas.
