Retail Travel Manager Duties – each day will not be the same * Day‑to‑day running and performance of the branch. * Lead, motivate and develop your team, ensuring standards remain high while driving sales and operational efficiency. * Taking full ownership of store performance, including sales targets and KPIs * Leading the team on exceptional customer service standards across all channels. * Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to reach their full potential * Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members * Monitoring individual and team performance. * Driving sales through effective upselling and promotional activity * Analysing performance data and implementing improvements where needed * Working closely with senior management on strategy, forecasting and growth * Creating a positive, supportive and results‑driven working environment Retail Travel Manager – Essential Requirements * Previous experience in a Retail Travel Management role within a travel agency is essential. * A strong background in achieving sales targets in a retail environment * Confident leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Lucrative salary, commission, travel perks, coaching to reach your full potential, supportive team, career growth, pension and many other perks are on offer.
