- Creating bespoke tailormade travel experiences across the stunning South America whilst delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to high-profile clients.
- Building private client relationships.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through to confirmed bookings for trips across South America.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of areas with Latin America.
- Building relationships with ground operators, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Participating in familiarisation trips to enhance South America destination knowledge.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives, content creation, and social media
- Staying current with industry trends, new properties, conservation initiatives, and adventure activities.
- Bringing new ideas for products, itineraries, and market opportunities. South America Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements:
- Experience in arranging luxury trips across South America from a UK based established luxury tour operator.
- Extensive personal travel experience across South America including Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Patagonia, Galapagos, etc.
- Proven track record in successful travel sales with demonstrable results and conversion rates
- Creative thinker someone who doesn't just follow processes but actively looks for ways to improve them.
- Strong attention to detail in proposal creation and booking administration
