This is not a traditional PA role; it sits at the intersection of intelligent execution, AI fluency, and business judgement. Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating with a luxury travel company who are now seeking an experienced, sharp and proactive AI Executive Assistant / Claude Operator to work directly with the Chief Executive, using Claude (Anthropic’s AI) as the primary working tool. Our client offers luxury travel globally with a great reputation in the travel industry. Salary is open to negotiation.
AI Executive Assistant / Claude Operator – what will you be doing?
- Using Claude to carry out various tasks, drafting, researching, analysing, summarising, writing, and creating outputs across travel content, financial analysis, client communications, and business operations.
- You will be the bridge between a busy executive and the full capability of modern AI.

- Organised and proactive — able to take a loose brief and deliver a polished result.
- Highly proficient with numbers — a large part of this role is financial analysis, reporting and forecasting; you will be expected to produce accurate, well-structured outputs with minimal oversight.
- An interest in luxury travel is a bonus, but hunger to learn matters more.
