Our client is a leading travel company specialising in bespoke trips to Africa. Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking an experienced Africa Travel Specialist with experience in creating exceptional journeys throughout Africa. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of remote flexibility and collaborative office time. From thrilling safaris to serene beach escapes, the ideal Africa Travel Specialist will be dedicated to turning dreams into reality. Africa Travel Specialist Duties:

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft bespoke African itineraries, including safaris, cultural experiences, and luxury accommodation.
  • Arrange and sell trips throughout Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia, Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge of African destinations to design and sell tailored trips that exceed clients’ expectations.
  • Provide a seamless booking experience, from initial consultation to final travel arrangements, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with trusted suppliers and partners across Africa to secure the best experiences and rates for clients.

To be considered for the Africa Travel Specialist role you MUST have experience selling trips throughout Africa from a tour operator or travel agent background and be happy with a hybrid working role.
