We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Product Manager to join our clients fun and friendly Product team, hybrid working model based in London. The ideal Travel Product Manager will be responsible for shaping and managing our clients product portfolio within the Spain region, building strong supplier relationships, and delivering outstanding travel experiences. Travel Product Manager Duties: Take full ownership and specialisation in assigned destinations, ensuring expertise and leadership in development and management. Create compelling product propositions to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Negotiate and secure favourable commercial terms and maintain strong supplier relationships. Drive marketing campaign ideas and oversee website development to boost engagement and conversions. Lead and inspire teams, set clear goals, provide feedback, train and mentor team members, and manage performance. Develop strategies, prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and ensure program profitability without compromising quality. Analyse reports to make data-driven decisions, evaluate ROI, and guide business strategies. Contract and grow property portfolios, conduct price and market analysis, and support marketing and sales efforts.
