We’re proud to be partnering with a leading fashion business to appoint an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands‑on recruitment professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You’ll be an expert in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering innovative talent acquisition solutions across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support multiple recruitment and talent acquisition projects across the organisation.
  • Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Design and deliver effective talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract and retain world‑class talent.
  • Create and execute impactful employer brand campaigns to strengthen market presence and candidate engagement.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to develop hiring solutions aligned to global business objectives and policies.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience in retail or fashion recruitment, ideally across buying, merchandising, creative, and design functions.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience and a passion for innovation in recruitment.
  • Solid experience working within a head office recruitment environment.
  • A collaborative, positive, and solutions‑focused approach.
  • A genuine passion for identifying top talent and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
